**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist to provide confidential executive and administrative support services to the Executive Director Finance and Infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence. You will also be required to provide administrative assistance with meetings, events, and projects.

Key Responsibilities:
