Service Technician Job Description

Miele is seeking a skilled Service Technician to join their team in Melbourne. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out quality field service repairs at customer premises and ensuring a positive customer experience. You will also be required to manage van stock, handle customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out quality field service repairs at customer premises
  • Ensure a positive customer experience at all times
  • Manage van stock
  • Handle customer complaints in the field within company guidelines
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:
  • Great attitude with a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor
  • Relevant experience, minimum of a disconnect/reconnect license or full electrical license
  • Current and valid full Australian driver's license
  • Sound technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical fault finding through effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid computer skills with knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
