Our Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Workshop/Appliance Service Technician to join our Melbourne team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and test appliances to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through training and service manuals
  • Complete all paperwork and documents related to service work and cash collection
  • Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
  • Assist and support the warehouse team as needed

Requirements:

  • Electrical License or Restricted Electrical Workers License (Disconnect & Reconnect Appliances) preferred
  • Strong communication skills and comfort with a PC
  • Provide premium customer service
  • Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
  • Clean Drivers license essential
