The position of Head of Global Identity is a pivotal role within our global security team, playing a critical part in our purpose to create and inspire smart solutions in steel.

This role involves setting, executing, and monitoring global IDAM strategies and initiatives while working closely with the businesses to evolve their IDAM maturity.

You will contribute to our IDAM function to ensure cyber risks are effectively managed within agreed risk tolerances in compliance with appropriate frameworks, policies, standards, and best practices.

  3. Providing leadership in the Cyber function, setting standards in practices, and improving value">
  4. Contributing to roadmap and strategy development and product selection">
