We are seeking a Visa Support Officer to fill an important role within our team.
About the Position:
You will be responsible for assisting educators with their enquiries for Working Holiday and Ancestry visas for travel abroad.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to educators on obtaining working holiday and ancestry visas.
- Offer customer service assistance to ensure educators receive timely and effective support.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have strong organisational skills, good communication skills, experience in working with computers and systems, and the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency or a valid work permit/visa.
