About this Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Cert III qualified educator who is eager to support young learners and work collaboratively with a committed team of professionals.

The ideal candidate will bring proven experience as an Early Childhood Educator, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care and education in a supportive environment.

This part-time role at 16 hours per week offers the potential for additional hours at nearby centres. To support your move, relocation assistance may also be available.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as part of a collaborative team to provide high-quality care and educational experiences for all children
  • Support operations in the room including educational programs, routines, and compliance
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices across the service
  • Cultivate strong relationships with children to support their growth and achievement of key learning outcomes
  • Build open partnerships with families to ensure clear communication and mutual understanding of expectations and needs
  • Contribute to the implementation and ongoing improvement of quality practices in alignment with the National Quality Standards (NQS)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience working with young children in an Early Childhood setting or Kindergarten
  • Ability to build strong, respectful relationships with children and support their individual needs
  • Familiarity with the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks
  • Good communicator with parents, staff, and other professionals
  • Committed to learning, growing, and improving in the role
