Seasonal Valet Parking Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking reliable and courteous team members to support our car park, concierge, and valet services during the festive season. This role offers an excellent chance for individuals who enjoy creating positive experiences and working in a fast-paced retail setting.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting customers on arrival and departure from the centre, supporting valet services by opening car doors and assisting guests as they exit their vehicles, safely parking and handling customer vehicles with care and efficiency, and maintaining smooth traffic flow in the valet area.

This is a seasonal position available from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, have strong communication skills, and be confident in their ability to provide excellent customer service.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International) and be able to handle physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Key Requirements:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive experience for customers and retailers
  • Assist customers in a fast-paced retail setting and confidently drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precision
  • Hold a valid driver's licence and be able to drive a variety of vehicles safely
  • Be available to work a range of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
