Help us deliver a welcoming and memorable experience for our customers during our busiest and most exciting time of the year.Whether you've worked in customer-facing roles before or you're ready to make your debut, we're looking for friendly, reliable team members who genuinely enjoy creating positive experiences.It's your time to shine - bring your energy, smile, and passion for helping others.As a Services Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across our Concierge, Car Park and Valet services, leaving customers with a lasting impression that keeps them coming back.Some of your festive duties as a Services Team Member will include:Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailersGreeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visitManaging traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periodsAssisting valet services by opening car doors and safely parking vehiclesOperating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational supportSo, what sets our team members apart?
You will:Always be ready to go the extra mile to enhance the customer and retailer experienceFeel confident assisting customers in a fast-paced retail settingConfidently and safely drive and park both manual and automatic vehicles with care and precisionHold a full open driver's licence (Manual, Auto, or International) to operate a company buggy and customer vehiclesBe available for shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays (full availability in November and December is ideal)This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season across our Westfield destinations.
The role runs from September 2025 to January/February 2026, with shifts based on business needs.Ready to Apply?
