About the Role

Haynes People is seeking a highly skilled Manual Machinist to join our team in the Pinkenba region. As a Manual Machinist, you will be responsible for operating manual lathes and milling machines to manufacture and refurbish hydraulic cylinders and engineering components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate manual lathes and milling machines to produce high-quality components
  • Manufacture and refurbish hydraulic cylinders and engineering components to precise specifications
  • Interpret engineering drawings and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy and quality
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Manual Machinist who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have a trade qualification in Fitter and Machinist and experience in the operation of manual lathes and machining hydraulic cylinder components.
