The Attendant, Foyer Bars role is vital in delivering exceptional customer experiences by placing the customer first.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment with high levels of customer interaction.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons by adhering to strict health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage cashless transactions and operate point-of-sale systems efficiently to minimize delays.
  • Maintain high standards of food handling and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) compliance at all times.
  • Provide barista and coffee services as required to meet customer demands.
Requirements:
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles and cashless environments is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this position.
  • Knowledge of food handling standards and OHS compliance is crucial.
  • Barista and coffee skills are necessary to provide high-quality beverages.

This is a casual position with opportunities for overtime and fortnightly rosters provided in advance.
