We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Management Accountant to support financial performance and strategic decision-making across our operations.

The ideal candidate will deliver accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. They will provide valuable insights to support operational and strategic initiatives, partner with site and corporate teams to drive cost control and performance, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards and internal controls.

  • Deliver high-quality management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Provide meaningful financial insights to support business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and productivity.
  • Maintain strict adherence to financial regulations and policies.
  • Analyze variances and identify key business drivers.
  • Support capital project evaluations and investment recommendations.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive financial models and scenario planning.

Requirements:

  • CPA/CA qualified with 8+ years of experience in a senior accounting role.
  • Audit background with a reputable firm is an asset.
  • Proven expertise in the mining sector, preferably in underground mining operations.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficient in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
