Job Overview

This role supports a dynamic team of underwriters in all tasks related to underwriting and administration support for SME accounts across financial lines products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an allocated portfolio for SME accounts, including Professional Indemnity, Technology Liability, Cyber, and Management Liability insurance policies.

Key responsibilities include handling and resolving underwriting enquiries via phone and email from clients/insurance brokers, preparing reports and providing assistance to underwriters and other business functions as required, developing a solid network with internal stakeholders, claims, actuary, and middle office teams, adhering to underwriting rules & guidelines, service standards, and regulatory requirements, promoting a collaborative work culture and commitment to teamwork and team success, attending internal and external meetings with clients and brokers.
