Property Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead our asset team and deliver on our strategy. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in property management, retail, and financial management.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership skills, the ability to exercise judgment and resolve issues independently, as well as excellent interpersonal and planning skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively leading the asset team, managing key stakeholders, and driving sustainable value and growth. If you have a passion for property management and a desire to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the asset team to deliver on our strategy and maximise asset performance.
  • Manage key stakeholders, including tenants, customers, and contractors.
  • Develop and implement business plans to drive sustainable value and growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure they have the skills and resources needed to succeed.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure the team is meeting its goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in property management, retail, and financial management.
  • Current REBA Registered Sales Representative or Property Manager licence.
  • Experience in the interpretation of retail leases.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the retail industry, including occupancy costs, gross profits, mark-ups, leasing, FM, marketing, and turnover sales reporting requirements.
  • Working knowledge of the Commercial Tenancy (Retail Shops) Agreements Act.
