The Role:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to patients
  • Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
  • Deliver quality chairside assistance to dentists
  • Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
  • Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
  • Handling payments
  • Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
  • Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
  • Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management

Requirements:

  • Passionate about patient care
  • Organised with attention to detail
  • A proven track record of punctuality and reliability
  • Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
  • Experience working at a dental practice highly regarded but not essential
