
Expert Financial Planner

This role involves ensuring the timely submission of periodic financial planning and reporting activities, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team partner with the IT function on all financial matters, working collaboratively to embed financial analysis and decision support across the organization.
- Developing strong relationships with the IT team to facilitate effective collaboration and data exchange.
- Critically assessing major operating and capital expenditure against budgets and alternatives.
- Leading and coordinating the end of month process to ensure timely submission as per organizational requirements.
- Monitoring data integrity and promoting continuous improvement in FP&A processes.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with CA or CPA qualification.
- Extensive experience in finance IT partnering and team management.
- Continuous Improvement mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
