Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Adviser to join our team. As a key member of our advisory group, you will play a critical role in providing expert financial advice to clients, helping them achieve their goals and secure their financial futures.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Conduct thorough financial assessments and provide comprehensive advice on superannuation, investment, insurance, and retirement planning.
  • Develop tailored financial plans and strategies to optimize clients' outcomes based on their unique needs and objectives.
  • Maintain up-to-date client information in Xplan and ensure data integrity of advice documents, compliance, and reporting.
  • Support a client-centric culture through sustained actions and commitment.

Requirements:

  • FASEA qualifications and eligibility to provide personal advice.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a financial planner.
  • Strong technical and advice strategy knowledge and competency in superannuation, wealth accumulation, investments, insurance, Centrelink, and tax.
  • High-level expertise with Xplan software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Registered on the FAR.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Masters.
