We are seeking a Senior Education Specialist to lead employee education and training activities across our Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) business. Key Responsibilities

">
  • Develop and implement structured annual recertification programs to reinforce marketing strategies and enhance technical skills.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute education plans for new product launches.
  • Support in-person training, field coaching, supervision, and competency assessments for new hires.
  • Monitor and manage product training metrics to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

">
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 7 years of professional experience in electrophysiology, nursing, allied health, engineering, and/or the implantable cardiac devices.
  • Knowledge of education and training techniques; valuable to have certifications in instructional design or adult learning.
