Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grounds and Maintenance Professional to maintain the appearance of our site and address any maintenance issues that arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain beautiful outdoor spaces through regular mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to ensure a welcoming environment for residents and guests.
  • Perform general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
  • Coordinate contractor work and oversee grounds maintenance operations to deliver high standards.
  • Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and document maintenance activities and incidents accurately.
Requirements
  • A current 'C' Class driver's licence.
  • Hands-on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.
  • Proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication and a team-first attitude.
