Lead Dam Mechanical Engineering Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead our dam operations and equipment integration team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality services across feasibility studies, design, construction, and asset management.
This includes:
- Conducting thorough inspections, investigations, and condition assessments of existing dams to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Providing construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data, and preparation of detailed construction reports
- Developing and executing tenders and proposals, as well as mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills and knowledge
Key Requirements:
- Proven expertise in mechanical design, including the preparation of design reports, drawings, and specifications, preferably within the dam industry
- A positive attitude with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and growth
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry professionals
- Ability to develop and nurture strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry partners
Essential Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Relevant industry experience and certifications
