Dam Operations Engineer Opportunity

As a key contributor to our dam operations team, you will play a crucial role in designing and operating dams, collaborating with specialists nationwide and internationally to develop sustainable water solutions. Your responsibilities will include mechanical engineering design for dam operations and equipment integration, inspection, investigation, and condition assessment of existing dams, construction support services, and mentoring.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications for dam operations and equipment integration.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and investigations of existing dams to assess their condition and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide construction support services, including quality control and assurance data evaluation and construction reporting.
  • Prepare and submit tenders and proposals for dam-related projects.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers in mechanical design and dam operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven capability in mechanical design, including preparation of detailed design reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
