Crown Equipment is seeking a highly skilled HR Data Analyst and Administrator to join our Human Resources team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a well-respected global Materials Handling Equipment company with a strong presence in the Australian market.

As an HR Data Analyst and Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and administration support to the Human Resources department.

You will also be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on HR data to support strategic decision-making and improve long-term organizational effectiveness.

This role involves developing and maintaining HR metrics and reports, providing insights to the Australian Human Resources and Executive team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and improve data collection methods.
  • Assist in the development of HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Support HR administration tasks, including onboarding, employee records, and compliance.
Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and legal processes and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Quick learner with a drive to succeed.
  • Knowledge of best practice and the latest trends in the Human Resources field.
  • Exceptional computer skills and knowledge, including intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel.
