The Diocese supports 38 Catholic schools across the Illawarra, Macarthur, Southern Highlands and Shoal Haven. It serves over 19,000 students and engages over 3,000 staff in full-time, part-time, temporary and casual roles.

Your New Role

As Director ICLT Services, you will provide strategic and operational leadership of ICT across the Diocese, ensuring technology is an enabler of excellence in teaching, learning, and organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide visionary leadership for ICT strategy.
  • Drive the delivery of innovative, efficient, and cost-effective ICT solutions.
  • Lead the development, implementation, and governance of multi-year ICT strategy.
  • Oversee network architecture, cyber security, application development, infrastructure, and end-user services.
  • Ensure strong ICT governance, risk management, and business continuity frameworks are in place.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing ICT team.
  • Represent the Diocese across national ICT and education forums.
