About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Security Officer, working across multiple bank sites in Melbourne. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining the security and integrity of our clients' premises, and responding to emergency situations.
You will work autonomously, using your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and ensure the safety of our clients and their customers. This is a full-time role, with a rotational roster that includes nights, days, and weekends.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their customers
- Maintain the security and integrity of our clients' premises
- Respond to emergency situations, including alarm activations and security incidents
- Work autonomously, using problem-solving skills to resolve issues
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their customers
- Valid VIC Security License
- Valid VIC Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
