The Role:

In this exciting Retail Operations Manager role, you'll oversee a portfolio of centres across Adelaide and Mount Gambier, working closely with tenant retailers to ensure a safe and inviting destination for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will administer leases and licenses, manage tenancy schedules, assist with annual budgets, maintain bank guarantees, conduct regular centre inspections, and monitor maintenance-related queries and works.
  • You will establish strong relationships with occupiers, manage complaints, provide CAPEX recommendations to the FM team, and offer marketing and promotional activity support.
  • Your expertise will be essential in arrears management, monthly financial reporting, and expense forecasting.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Retail Property Management or Centre Management, preferably within the property industry.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Bachelor of Business (Property) degree, are highly valued.
  • Certificate of Registration and current Driver's Licence are mandatory requirements.
  • You should possess knowledge of centre operations, strong organisational and time management skills, a customer-centric approach, and excellent communication skills.
