Project Manager Position

This role involves coordinating multiple complex IT projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery aligned with project goals and objectives.

About the Role
  • Apply industry-standard project management methodologies to plan and execute projects effectively.
  • Contribute to project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, requirements, and facilitate regular client interactions.
  • Develop metrics to measure project performance and implement control/reporting procedures.
  • Proactively address change management and scope-related issues.
  • Create and deliver high-quality project documentation and presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship and active Top Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) Security Clearance are essential.
  • 2-3 years of experience managing IT projects in a Defence or National Security agency.
  • A minimum of 10 years of total project management experience, including experience in agile methodologies.
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required.
