IT Project Lead

A Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure.
- Develop and implement procurement processes, including scope of work, request for quotations (RFQs), and team selection.
- Maintain vendor relationships to deliver contractual outcomes.
- Lead discovery activities to analyze legacy content and platforms, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare business cases for approval and translate discovery outcomes into executable strategies.
- Manage project scheduling, budgeting, and team performance.
- Collaborate with directors, technical leads, and stakeholders to define and deliver project outcomes.
- Monitor and report on project progress, escalating risks and issues as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Planning, managing, and executing IT projects with multiple tools and methodologies.
- Technical knowledge and experience in project delivery, including website redevelopment in a federal government context.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships.
- Proven analytical abilities and experience in building high-performing teams.
- Delivering high-quality written communication and working in a collaborative environment.
