Job Title: Business Support Officer
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our team in a dynamic business environment. As the first point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering high-level administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in an administrative or office support role and possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to work in a fast-paced professional services environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Management: Answer calls, greet visitors, coordinate meeting rooms and bookings
- Domestic Travel and Expense Processing: Organise domestic travel and process expenses in line with company policies
- Finance Administration: Assist with monthly finance admin including credit card and EFTPOS logs, accounts payable and reconciliations
- Office Environment Maintenance: Maintain the office environment including facilities coordination and supplies
- Culture and Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and professional workplace culture
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role (minimum 2 years preferred)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, professional services environment
