Job Overview:

Partner with a renowned mechanical contractor to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions on prominent commercial and institutional projects.

Assume the lead role on key new build and fitout projects, overseeing project delivery from planning through to completion.

  • Manage subcontractors, site teams, procurement, and supplier coordination
  • Ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently met
  • Liaise with builders, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Drive reporting, forecasting, and financial control
  • Maintain strict safety, quality, and compliance standards across all sites

Requirements:

  • Background in mechanical engineering or HVAC trade, ideally with tertiary qualifications
  • 3–6 years of experience managing HVAC/mechanical services projects
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and juggle competing priorities
