In this role, you will provide leadership, support, and supervision to the Hub Practitioners in the Aboriginal Response Team, ensuring a culturally safe and effective service response.

You will work collaboratively with the Aboriginal Practice Leader, Hub practitioners, and the wider Orange Door & VACCA leadership groups to achieve this goal. A comprehensive understanding of confidentiality and mandatory reporting provisions is essential for this role.

This position requires experience in Child Wellbeing assessments and Family Violence risk assessments, as well as a knowledge of the Best Interest Case Practice Model and the Family Violence Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Management (MARAM) Framework. You must be able to apply a cultural lens over these frameworks and lead by example in a culturally respectful manner.
