About Us

We are committed to creating a more inclusive and respectful environment through our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) initiatives.

Role Description

This role requires an experienced professional to work closely with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and their communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing RAP initiatives and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of First Nations cultures, histories, and contemporary issues, as well as excellent relationship-building skills.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Implement RAP initiatives to enhance cultural understanding and promote inclusivity.
  2. Build strong relationships with Reconciliation Australia, First Nation organisations, and other partners.
  3. Collaborate with relevant managers and teams to develop projects and initiatives that enhance CDC's brand, culture, and customer satisfaction in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.
  4. Monitor and report on program performance using appropriate metrics and data.
