We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies for mobile equipment across various sites.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and other teams to ensure effective planning and scheduling of resources.
  • Monitor component condition and perform oil sample checks to prevent equipment failure.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance equipment reliability and overall maintenance performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of job history, maintenance schedules, and key performance indicators.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in maintenance planning and coordination.
  • Heavy Plant/Mechanical Trade Certificate or equivalent desirable.
  • Strong technical knowledge of civil and mining equipment.
  • Excellent communication and computer skills.
