Job Description:

As a Kumon Centre Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students' learning journey. Your primary responsibility will be to motivate and encourage students to learn, fostering a positive and supportive environment.

You will provide hints and assist students with English class work, helping them build confidence and develop essential skills.

Marking students' class work and homework, and recording their progress, is also an integral part of this role. You will need to be meticulous and organized in your approach, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

This position may involve working with pre-school students, which requires patience, understanding, and the ability to adapt to different age groups.

Organizational skills and the ability to multitask are crucial for success in this role. You will need to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain high standards of quality.

We are looking for a team player who can work effectively in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in English, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work collaboratively with colleagues.

This is a casual role, offering flexible hours. The centre operates on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3pm to 6:45pm.
