Investment Performance Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, Performance Analytics to lead our Investment Analytics team within Perpetual Asset Management Australia boutique.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and enhancing Investment Analytics (Performance & Attribution) services, providing daily, monthly, and ad-hoc performance and attribution measurements to our Investment and Distribution Teams, and for Investment Oversight with a focus on Credit & Fixed Income, and Multi Asset.
You will ensure accurate investment analytics for portfolios, generate meaningful insights from portfolio analysis, market data, and industry information, and package these insights for communication to our Investment and Distribution teams and Oversight committees within the business.
Key responsibilities include building dashboards and reporting formats, developing a strong, positive culture within the team, engaging with stakeholders, and working with internal and external stakeholders and service providers to ensure all inputs to our services are aligned to allow the team to best meet its objectives.
About YouWe are looking for a highly qualified and experienced professional with a strong background in performance, analytics, or related roles in funds management, superannuation, or banking.
Essential qualifications include an undergraduate degree in Business, Commerce, Mathematics, or a related field, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in Fixed Income or Multi Asset Attribution is essential, as is excellent analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking skills.
Experience working closely and building relationships with investment teams, people management experience, and experience as a functional stream lead of projects are highly regarded.
