Retail Store Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team in Booragoon, WA.

This role is responsible for:

  • Leading and coaching a team of up to 15 members
  • Driving the company values with your store team
  • Maintaining high standards of store presentation
  • Liaising with stock allocators to maintain appropriate stock levels

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience, be customer-focused, and have similar experience in retail or hospitality roles.

A Day in the Life:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving the Ghanda values with your store team, maintaining high standards of store presentation, and liaising with stock allocators to maintain appropriate stock levels.
