The Job Coach plays a pivotal role in empowering individuals with disabilities or those requiring additional support to build better working lives. This includes guiding clients towards job readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.
Key Responsibilities:- Encouraging and motivating participants to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities;
- Reverse marketing clients to employers;
- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to positive outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance requirements;
This requires someone with experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience, demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges, and happiness in liaising with external and internal stakeholders.
