Security Systems Specialist

The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, upgrading, servicing, and maintaining security alarm systems, access control systems, intercoms, and HD/CCTV camera systems. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge of network security and cybersecurity principles, as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
This role involves working on-site at various locations, ensuring that all security systems are functioning properly. The Security Technician will also be responsible for collaborating with other professionals, such as architects, builders, and electricians, on large renovation and construction projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of security system installation, maintenance, and repair
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Understanding of occupational health standards
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications are a plus
