Job Title:
Leadership and Operational ManagerThis role plays a pivotal part in supporting the daily operations of a service, encompassing administration, catering, groundskeeping, maintenance, and coordination of volunteers. The key objectives are to ensure the Centre functions efficiently and effectively, enhance services across the division, and provide a safe, supportive environment for individuals affected by alcohol and drug dependency.
- Operational Administration: Assist with overseeing all operational aspects of the Centre.
- Record Management: Maintain and archive records in accordance with standards.
- Human Resources and Work Health & Safety Support: Provide human resources and WH&S support.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Management, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Qualifications or substantial experience in rehabilitation or other social support contexts.
- Ability to work effectively with people from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds.
