Inspiring Senior Mathematics Educator Wanted

Pembroke School is seeking an experienced educator to fill a senior mathematics leadership role. The ideal candidate will possess strong teaching and leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate students.
The successful applicant will work closely with the Head of Mathematics to develop and implement high-quality curricula, ensure excellent teaching practices, and support student achievement.
About the Role- Coordinate the teaching of SACE Mathematics in the Senior School
- Lead and contribute to departmental meetings and collaborative curriculum development
- Oversee assessment design, proofing, and standardisation for consistent feedback
- Maintain curriculum documentation and resources within the School's Learning Management System
- Promote enrichment opportunities such as mathematics competitions and workshops
- To coordinate the teaching of SACE Mathematics in the Senior School
- To lead and contribute to departmental meetings and collaborative curriculum development
- To oversee the design, proofing, and standardisation of assessments
- To maintain curriculum documentation and resources
- To promote enrichment opportunities
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Mathematics or Mathematics Education
- Current registration as a teacher in South Australia
- Demonstrated experience teaching SACE Mathematics at Stage 1 and Stage 2
- A strong understanding of SACE curriculum and assessment standards
