The Opportunity

This exciting role involves being the initial point of contact for customers with parts calls and queries. As an efficient parts interpreter, you will contribute to quality customer service provided by our team and assist the operations coordinator in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Parts interpretation and coordination for invoicing and quote generation.
  • First point of contact for parts customer service.
  • Assist customers and the workshop department with parts interpretation.
  • Efficiently process customer quotations, orders, invoices, and credits.
  • Carry out picking, receipting, inventory, and stock control as required.

About You

  • You will have previous experience in high-level customer service roles.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Intermediate computer literacy skills (MS Office and internet-based applications).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers and team members.
