As a Clinical Care Leader at our Salter Point location, you will play a key role in guiding our team towards achieving outstanding care outcomes. Your expertise will be valued as you work closely with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the highest standards of care and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Perform comprehensive reviews of residents through clinical assessments">
  • Safely administer medication to residents">
  • Falls management and prevention">
  • Complete documentation for residents ensuring accurate care planning and relevant supporting documents">
  • Supervise the delivery of care plans on a daily basis">
  • Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring to the care staff">
  • Comply with Occupational Health and Safety in accordance with Aged Care Standards and Risk Management">
  • Current AHPRA Registration">
  • Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per policies">
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity)">
  • NDIS clearance (or willingness to obtain)">
  • Successful completion of pre-employment medical and reference checks">
  • Knowledge of the resident classification scale, accreditation and continuous improvement">
  • Willingness to attend 2 days paid induction at our Rivervale Training Institute">
