As a Manager within the R&D team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service and supporting the growth of innovations through advice on R&D Tax Incentive matters.

With 5+ years of experience in professional services focusing on R&D Tax Incentive or experience with R&D regulators, you will have a strong foundation in scientific, technical, or legal writing, as well as analytical skills to assess laws and provide well-reasoned arguments. Your ability to work autonomously and as part of a team will be essential in managing junior staff and mentoring colleagues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Science, Engineering, IT, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Tax, Law, or Business degree and have strong written communication skills, data processing skills, and business acumen. You will also be expected to build strong internal and external networks, either through industry associations or networking events.

In this role, you will work closely with technical experts and innovators, developing groundbreaking new technologies in various industry fields. You will manage a portfolio of clients, including administrative and practice management tasks such as billing and cash collections. Additionally, you will contribute to national training sessions and attend networking events to facilitate Business Development opportunities.

This position offers a competitive salary range of AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
