Job Role

Seeking an Analyst to join our Debt Capital Markets team. This role involves preparing accurate and timely market updates, analysis of market conditions and trends, indicative issuer pricing updates, trade recommendations, credentials/league tables, marketing pitch books and presentations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare daily/weekly/adhoc market updates and analysis of market conditions and trends.
  • Assist in producing technical content, including ratings, capital, balance sheet and liability management advisory for clients.
  • Provide support for executing all types of debt instruments across the capital structure and in various markets.
  • Assist in liaising with internal and external stakeholders during origination and execution.
  • Income, pipeline and data reporting.
  • Assist in the preparation of Information Memorandums.
  • Assist in organizing roadshows and client meetings and submitting call reports.
Legal and Regulatory Requirements
  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
  • Maintain knowledge to ensure qualification to undertake the role.
  • Refrain from actions that could affect certification of fitness and propriety.
  • Undertake steps to satisfy the annual certification process.

  • Internal Partners – Coverage, Sustainable Banking, Ratings Advisor, CLF, ERA, RE.

Contract Details

Fixed term contract 12 months.
