We are seeking a Property Manager to assist in the leasing, sourcing and management of a designated property portfolio.

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the property portfolio, including accounting, landlord and business relations, sourcing, maintenance and repair.">
  • Conduct regular market research and provide commercial advice on portfolio optimisation and future growth.">
  • Assist in preparing the annual budget and monthly reporting on the performance of the property portfolio.">
  • Work closely with business development/account management teams to support short- and long-term property requirements.">
  • Achieve compliance with all company policies/procedures, HS&E and other legislative requirements.">

  • Experience in sourcing new properties, lease management, property negotiations and facilities management for preventive maintenance.">
  • Ability to read, understand and interpret commercial real estate contracts, terms and relevant legislation.">
  • Strong communication, stakeholder and influencing skills; sound commercial acumen.">
