We are seeking a highly skilled Business Support Assistant to join our fast-paced team in a part-time capacity.
This role involves providing administrative support with fee proposals, invoicing, and general office tasks. You will work collaboratively with other Business Support staff across regions and local staff members from job managers to senior management.
You will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to deal respectfully with a diverse range of people internally and externally.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Assisting with reception duties: answering phones, greeting clients
- Preparing fee proposals, letters
- Maintaining the office environment
- Assisting engineering teams with reports, uploading drawings, some site work relating to reports
- Invoicing
The ideal candidate will have proficient computer skills, experience working in a similar environment, a positive personality, customer service orientation, outstanding phone manner, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong Excel and Word experience, ability to work under pressure, prioritize work, meet deadlines, professional personal presentation, demonstrate professionalism and objectivity in all work matters, strong accountability and reliability, good time management skills, initiative, willingness to go above and beyond, and high attention to detail.
