Job Title: Technical Integration Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Technical Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, optimizing, and maintaining our simulation training environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Determine when issues need to be escalated to a higher level and seek assistance from other team members
  2. Contribute fully to the work of teams
  3. Display personal and professional skills and ability to liaise with other areas of Defence during the conduct of military exercises

Requirements:

  • Appropriate qualifications in an IT-related discipline (Certificate or Diploma), focusing on systems administration roles
  • Understanding of the principles of service design with a basic understanding of ITIL service management practices and the ITIL service design model
  • Experience in a military IT environment
  • Minimum security clearance of NV1

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in administering Windows & Linux Desktop and server environments
  • Understanding of networking and TCP/IP setup and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience working with military combat management systems
