Main Responsibilities- Oversee scheduled maintenance activities to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Implement and manage environmental, health, and safety management systems.
- Promote awareness of risk among contractors and employees.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence in environmental, health, and safety performance.
- Lead the contractor maintenance team to achieve operational goals.
- Foster team capabilities to enhance performance and engagement.
- Maintain adherence to company standards and processes, driving change initiatives to improve performance and transitions.
- Coordinate contractor workforce planning and resource execution.
- Experience in maintenance shutdown activities or project work.
- Extensive industry experience in Oil and Gas or petrochemical.
- Mechnical or Electrical Trade/Engineering qualification background.
- Hydrocarbon Facility Operations and/or Maintenance experience.
- Supervision of a multi-skilled workforce in a shift work environment.
- Able to obtain a MSIC Security card (Federal police clearance required).
