Product Management Expertise

As a Product and Process Owner, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful management of existing products, tracking and analyzing product performance, and partnering with cross-functional teams to address customer feedback and optimize processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the lifecycle of existing products, ensuring enhancements, fixes, and updates keep pace with customer needs, commercial goals, and regulatory requirements.
  • Track and analyze product performance, including financial metrics, cost-to-serve, and customer feedback, using insights to guide improvements.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Delivery, Risk, and Finance teams to address gaps, streamline processes, and ensure products remain fit-for-purpose.
  • Own product-related documentation, roadmaps, and reporting.
  • Drive process improvement, identifying inefficiencies and embedding Lean Six Sigma principles to strengthen scalability and efficiency.
  • Act as a hub for product and process accountability, ensuring clear ownership, operational readiness, and stronger handoffs across the customer lifecycle.
  • Support compliance and regulatory requirements, ensuring products are stable, well-governed, and commercially viable.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in product management, process optimization, or commercial operations.
  • Background in financial services (essential) specifically asset finance, fleet management, or novated leasing (highedly desirable).
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to analyze profitability, cost-to-serve, and financial levers.
  • Hands-on experience improving broken or inefficient processes, ideally using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, able to work across senior leadership, commercial teams, and operational units with confidence and diplomacy.
  • Ability to interpret customer data, feedback, and operational metrics into actionable improvements.
  • Curiosity and resilience, a self-starter who takes ownership and runs with opportunities.
  • Exposure to regulatory, risk, and compliance frameworks.
