As a Senior Product Manager you'll lead through influence and skills, making fast decisions and building functionality that pushes our mission forwards.
You will own your portion of the roadmap and be expected to rapidly drive that area of the product forward.
You'll be a de facto leader for your team of engineers, who will look to you for guidance and prioritization as well as being a strong culture-add to the team.

You'll need to show a true passion for the space to be effective in this role Responsibilities: Customer-Centric Focus : Prioritise the needs and experiences of our customers throughout the product development lifecycle.
Champion a customer-first approach by leveraging customer feedback, conducting user research, and ensuring that products deliver real value to our user base.
Collaborative Leadership : Work hand-in-hand with the Head of Product to define and execute the product strategy.
Engage in strategic discussions, provide valuable insights, and contribute to the overall direction of our product portfolio.
Stakeholder Engagemen t: Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business and go-to-market (GTM) teams.
Engage proactively with sales, marketing, and customer support to understand market dynamics, gather feedback, and align product priorities with business objectives.
Execution Excellence : Drive the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to delivery.
Lead the team in building high-quality products on time.
Working closely with a product designer and team of engineers to achieve customer outcomes.
Market Analysis : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Conduct occasional market research to stay on top of opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
Metrics-Driven Approach : Define product metrics and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.
Utilise data-driven insights to make informed product decisions.
About you : 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in Saa S startups.
Experience scaling from startup to scale-up is highly regarded.
A proven drive to push yourself faster and deeper in your career.
This isn't an easy role, and you'll need to show drive, grit and courage to be effective.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate within and across teams.
Confident customer relationship management, capable of building strong customer relationships, having difficult conversations and finding solutions.
Experience working with design systems and partnering with design and engineering to build high quality products.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Passion for technology and a deep understanding of customer needs.
