Job Summary:

  • Hold a tertiary qualification in Business or a related field.
  • Possess a current 'C' class drivers' licence.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will provide in-depth analysis of maintenance operations to inform service delivery decision making, considering factors such as cost, risk, fleet and machinery utilisation.

They will utilise the Technology One suite of systems to gather information, analyse and action outputs from quality auditing systems, and play a key role in developing service level agreements within the team.

Furthermore, they will lead design and systems thinking, identify strategic issues and opportunities across the Parks and Open Spaces team, highlighting areas where potential interventions could result in improved service delivery and increased productivity.

Advanced knowledge of parks and open space management is required, along with substantial experience in an analyst or related role. Demonstrated expertise in performing maintenance performance analysis by considering cost, risk, fleet and machinery utilisation information is essential.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to research and assess new concepts or interventions, develop performance measures to effectively monitor and evaluate productivity enhancements post implementation.

Additionally, experience in implementing interventions and continuous improvement programs within an organisation, knowledge of relevant legislation and standards, and demonstrated understanding of park and open space environmental practices are highly regarded.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for analysing and improving service delivery through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
