Leading a global team requires a deep understanding of commercial integrity and strategic legal acumen. As a Global Commercial Director, you will be responsible for navigating complex landscapes and protecting the business through robust frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers.
  • Develop standardized systems for contract management and training.
  • Manage disputes to align with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of in-house legal or corporate legal counsel experience as an admitted solicitor.
  • Strong contract drafting and negotiation skills, including IP, insurance, M&A, and litigation.
  • Legal experience in advisory or consulting services, ideally with mining or ESG exposure.
  • A practical understanding of commercial risks tied to reliance, public reporting, and conflicts of interest.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
